The main objective of the 11th International Drainage Workshop is to discuss matters on how to make agricultural production possible and more profitable. Agricultural drainage can be seen as part of the integrated land and water resources management approach, where environmental aspects play an important role. Advances in the science of drainage address the impact of the system on both productivity and environmental aspects.
