Global Meet on Determinants of Sustainable Development: Road to Rio+20

The meet is aimed to facilitate active and informed interactions amongst activists, think-tanks, politicians, policy-makers, bureaucrats, academics and civil society organizations towards making health an explicit development agenda in the Rio+20 summit based on the premise that human health is the interface between the social, biophysical, and cultural environment while sustainable development and thus integrity of the natural systems can be achieved and protected if the relation between human activities and the physical and biological environment is taken care of.
