American Water, the nation’s largest publicly traded water and wastewater utility company, announced today it has received the first ever Water Research Foundation (WaterRF) Outstanding Subscriber Award for Applied Research, which honors subscribing utilities that made notable improvements to their treatment, delivery and or management processes through the successful application of foundation research. The award was received today at WaterRF’s annual Subscriber Breakfast.
