This YWP conference gives you an excellent chance to meet colleagues from all over the world, to share knowledge and experience, to learn new ideas and approaches related to water issues. It is a great opportunity for networking and making contacts with water professionals from different countries and different scientific fields.
In 2012 the YWP conference will focus on one of the most crucial issues in the contemporary water management – new technologies in water sector. This topic is essential for many countries and regions of CIS and Eastern Europe.
Dr Glenn Byrne of Rolled Alloys will present the one-day workshop. He will discuss the different types of corrosion affecting the high-pressure piping in seawater reverse-osmosis (SWRO) systems, how to recognize the source and type of corrosion and how to prevent corrosion.
The main theme of ESES 2012 will be "Socio-economic indicators of climate change, Impacts of climate change on natural resources (flora and fauna) and Water quality issues and sustainability of water reuse". Papers on all aspects of environmental sciences will be welcome as well. This conference will offer outstanding international speakers. There will be time for abstracts, posters, and many informal discussions that have helped make past meetings successful.
The conference aims at building an exchange platform for the most advanced technology of desalination & water reuse industry, which contributes to desalination industry development in China and other countries around the world. Meanwhile leaders from central government and water industry will be invited to make high standard presentation on development trend and the 12th 5-year national plan on utilization of desalination and unconventional water resources.
The Annual WateReuse Symposium is the world's preeminent conference devoted to water reuse and desalination. The Symposium features prominent speakers who present the latest information on applications, technologies, health and safety, funding, and legislative and regulatory activities. The Symposium also features an exhibit hall, technical tours, an awards luncheon, and an array of networking opportunities.
WaterWorld Middle East 2012 will celebrate its inauguration in Doha in February 2012 as a premier annual conference and exhibition dedicated to the water and wastewater industry.
With its high quality and innovative content, WaterWorld Middle East is expected to become one of the region's leading water events.
The Shale Gas Water Management Initiative 2011: Marcellus, will, for the second time, bring together senior thought leaders, technical experts and strategic professionals to drive forward solutions at every level of water management from sourcing to re-use to treatment, recycling, transport, storage, disposal and public relations. It is the only event to draw experts from every shale gas operator in North America to examine the specific water challenges that are holding back the industry today.
Each year, important decision makers from water reuse and desalination utilities attend the Annual WateReuse Symposium. They come to learn about the innovative technologies and products that will help solve critical water supply issues.
The Conference will feature a selected group of keynote international speakers that will offer participants a refreshing view of the current knowledge and the futures perspectives of as many areas of specialty on water reclamation and reuse.
Workshop on pretreatment for seawater reverse-osmosis (SWRO) desalination plants is being held by the Caribbean Desalination Association (CaribDA).
In my opinion there is water enough on this planet.
There are four major aspects:
- 1 do not pollute
- 2 find ways for a good cleaning system for water
- 3 are we willing to cooperate
- 4 do we want to pay the collective price
I am an innovator and working (also) on aspect 2.
Regards, Jacques
