African Utility Week (AUW) is the only African exhibition that covers the entire spectrum of the power, water and waste management utilities industry in all its many forms. It's designed for African utilities, large industrial end users in Africa and solution providers from across the globe.
A report published last week by the Boston-based independent research house estimated that water managers globally will spend aboout USD$27.8 billion for advanced wastewater treatment technologies in 2012.
That spend will provide an additional global wastewater treatment capacity of 16.3 million cubic metres (m3) per day.
The report noted that wastewater technologies most commonly used by cities today “gobble enormous amounts of energy, send megatons of toxic sludge to landfills and incinerators, and throw away valuable water that many communities could reuse”.
ReplyDrilling Fluids & Cuttings Management 2012 is the industry event you need for your effective use of fluid technologies and managing drilling waste management and implementing environmentally compliant methods for positive economic return on your well.
The Faculty of Chemistry of Nicolaus Copernicus University extend a warm invitation to researchers, educators, business representatives and policy experts from around the world to hear and share the latest advances in Green Power Engineering,
Waste Management and Renewable Energy during
The 10th International Symposium on Power of Green Energy
in Toruń, Poland.
