The main goal for this conference is to take
stock of research and development of water
purification technologies in the global scenario
as well as in the Indian context, to assess their
extent of implementation for societal benefit and
to evaluate the link between development,
demonstration and deployment for improving
the supply of safe water for public consumption
and industries.
