There is a number of ways to make these systems, and to have them deployed. the main issue with POU systems is that local waters in poor countries is normalcy contaminated. The reject from the current POU technologies, is hardness and minerals that is carried in the reject. These technologies lose about 35% to as much as 55% of incoming water, therefore are very inefficient. The innovative technologies out there, are normally more costly and also require the support that does not exist today. I am happy to discuss this with you if you like.
